Senior Contract Specialist

This position is responsible for supporting the life cycle of government and commercial contract negotiations consistent with the Company's business practices and corporate policies, including implementing the Company’s contracting policies/procedures and providing support in connection with current government acquisition regulations. This position has the authority to negotiate and obligate the Company to contract terms within established Company guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct negotiations with clients on behalf of the Company and administer contracts and agreements
  2. Maintain strong and effective relationships with both internal (e.g., sales, operations, marketing, product development) and external clients
  3. Review and analyze client RFP/solicitations, identify areas of contract risk, and develop appropriate risk mitigation terms
  4. Conduct independent research and analysis
  5. Participate as an integral member of the Legal Team
  6. Complete special projects as assigned by the General Counsel with nominal supervision

Required Skills:

  5. Knowledge of contracts functions typically gained through 3 – 5 years of increasingly complex responsibilities and experience in contracts environment

  7. Strong familiarity/knowledge of government acquisition and compliance regulations, GSA Schedule negotiations and commercial contracting practices
  8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and juggle competing priorities and deadlines

Must be detail oriented and well organized, have the ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and respond quickly to a variety of in-house and customer requests. Prior experience with copyrights, license agreements, teaming agreements, and non-disclosure agreements is also highly desirable.

IT Systems Support Specialist

This position provides a combination of software and systems support, basic troubleshooting, and incident management documentation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support to end-users for common office software applications
  2. Software applications supported include:
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio
    • Workshare Protect
    • Windows OS
    • Interwoven
    • Track-It
    • RightFax
    • VPN
    • Citrix
  3. Thoroughly research technical issues and document solutions for user problems in a timely manner
  4. Recommend or perform actions to correct software or system problems
  5. Handle items which were not resolved by the Level 1 team
  6. Maintain incident tracking system from the input of issues through the resolutions, including any necessary escalation
  7. Maintain a highly competent knowledge of relevant products, current support policies and methods of support delivery
  8. Support remote access applications
  9. Troubleshoot operating system and hardware issues
  10. Communicate effectively with both unskilled and skilled PC users
  11. Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
  12. Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues

Required Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  2. Minimum two years experience in a corporate IT support environment
  3. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Outlook certifications desired
  4. Microsoft systems or desktop certification desired
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  6. Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
  7. Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  9. Exceptional customer service skills

Accountant

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform day to day accounting functions (journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations, and inter-company reporting, etc.)
  2. Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  3. Perform month-end close and make adjustments as necessary to prepare all financial reports
  4. Prepare quarterly and annual schedules for external auditors
  5. Prepare all balance sheet accounts, forecasting, and budgeting
  6. Manage the fixed assets accounting
  7. Budgeting and Forecasting
  8. Partner with business leaders in financial interpretation, financial results, and assisting in decision making
  9. Analyze and interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve systems and financial performance
  10. Assist with supervision of staff
  11. Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  1. 4- 7 years of experience
  2. 4-year degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  3. CPA
  4. Experience working in companies with 50-200 employees/high growth companies
  5. Revenue recognition experience
  6. Closing/financial reporting experience
  7. Solid Excel & Great Plains experience
  8. Software or technology company experience preferred
  9. Self starter that can work as part of a team as well as work on individual projects
